Senior Architectural Designer / Senior Architect (QP)

mustard are partnering with an International Architecture and Design practice working on complex healthcare and commercial projects within the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a studio that cultivates creativity, collaboration and technical practice for their new and on-going pipeline.

They are going through a growth phase and seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Designer / Senior Architect to join their dynamic team in Singapore, working closely with the Architectural Director and Associates to deliver and control the design process from design development stages to submission and construction phase.

Responsibilities:

As an integral member of the team, you will contribute to the successful management and delivery of projects from brief to completion. You will translate design concepts into schematic plans and design packages whilst producing 2D / 3D drawings ensuring design standards are met. Effective communication and coordination are essential as you navigate changing requirements from client expectations and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Degree / MA in Architecture
• Minimum 7-8+ Years experience
• Strong design abilities to showcase during presentation
• AutoCAD and Sketchup competent, Rhino and Revit would be a plus
• Singaporean / Singapore PR will be prioritized

Compensation:

• Salary up to SGD 8,000
