- Project Nature: Mixed-Development, Civic and Downtown with Middle-East experience (role is based in Singapore office with travelling responsibilities required)
- Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs
- Execute feasibility studies and presents design proposals
- Preparation of tender documentation, schedules and specifications
- Liaises and discuss project-relevant issues with clients
- Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors
- Ensures design quality and authority compliance
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3-5 Years of relevant architectural experience, in relevant discipline, with a background working on middle-east based projects
