Archi Coordinator

• Report to Project Manager.
• Do schedule, monthly claims and report.
• Coordinate with client (owner), consultants and subcon on the nature of the works.
• Conduct / liaising of meetings to all parties.
• Coordinate / supervise / managing the nature of works based on project plan.
• Ensure Safety Health Environment implementation of works.
• Other jobs as requested by Management
• Able to work independently & report to site PM
• Able to do shop drawings with minimum supervision

Requirements

• Minimum 4years experience in HDB Projects
• Degree in Architecture or other equivalent
• Have knowledge in local practices and other architectural trades
