About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing business-critical applications, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and efficient system operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide application support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving complex software issues.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve application stability, performance, and reliability.
- Support the integration of ESRI ArcGIS, Leaflet.js, and ServiceNow Field Service Management solutions.
- Work closely with software engineers, business users, and project stakeholders to resolve production issues.
- Lead technical investigations and root cause analysis for system incidents.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, technical solutions, and support processes.
- Identify system risks and recommend improvements to minimise service disruptions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate new technologies to enhance application support.
Required Skills & Experience- Strong hands-on experience with ESRI ArcGIS.
- Experience developing applications using Leaflet.js.
- Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
- Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and incident management.
- Strong understanding of system integration and enterprise application architecture.
- Ability to analyse complex technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Nice to Have- Experience with GIS-based enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and modern web technologies.
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform administration.
- Experience supporting critical production systems.
