Are you eager to launch an exciting career as a Credit Management Analyst

CIMB Singapore's Credit Management Apprenticeship Programme (CMAP) is a structured development initiative aimed at providing graduates with the skills and experience necessary to thrive in banking industry and pursue a career as a Credit Management Analyst.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CMAP

Upon successful completion of the programme, selected graduates from the programme may be offered a placement within CIMB Singapore.

CMAP PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

The six-month programme will provide you with the technical competencies, financial acumen, and credit skills necessary to thrive in the industry.

MONTH 1

Structured training with classroom and

Self-paced Online Learning On

  • Credit risks
  • Loans structuring
  • Financial statements
  • Credit memos

MONTH 2 TO 6

Job rotations within Credit

Management Function

  • 4 months in credit analysis
  • 1 month in asset quality management

DURATION: July 2026 to December 2026

LEARNING FORMAT: Structured classroom training

CURRICULUM | 6-month structured learning sessions, online learning, and primarily on-the-job rotations and mentoring sessions.
