Responsibilities
. Lead the development of our technology, from proof-of-concept to industrial roll-out, particularly focusing on the reader devices and detection performance.
. Design experiments, perform measurements and simulations, and compile insights into actionable plans.
. Collaborate with subcontractors and partners to design and manufacture next-generation detection units.
. Improve existing technologies and develop new measurement methods to ensure top-tier detection performance.
. Provide technical training and support to clients - and be the trusted expert they rely on.
. Manage a R&D lab, guide your team's growth, and ensure projects stay on track and deliver exceptional results.
. Prepare clear, compelling demonstrations for stakeholders and potential clients.
. Oversee rapid development of POCs for concept validation.
. Report findings to management and stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Requirements
. A PhD in Physics, or a related discipline (8+ years relevant experience) or equivalent senior-level experience.
. Deep knowledge of radiation sources, spectroscopy, or reader devices.
. Experience leading cross-functional, international project teams in complex environments.
. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to bridge global teams.
