Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the full range of automation products we distribute.
- Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical/application support by analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, application notes, and solution-based documentation.
- Respond to customer queries and technical issues via email, phone, or onsite visits.
- Conduct product training sessions and live product demonstrations for customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
- Use application knowledge to showcase how our solutions outperform competing products.
- Interface with product principals to relay customer feedback and recommend enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and technology partners to ensure excellent service and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Engineering/ Industrial/ Mechatronics
- Training on products will be provided
- Knowledge in PLC, Control/Automation, IOT Knowledge will be added advantage
- 1 - 2 years experience
- Passion for automation, with creative and adaptive approaches
- Good communication skill and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
