Position Overview:
This role provides functional and technical support for eSales, assisting Front and Middle Office teams with the Bank's Sales Workflow applications, which are key to sales-trading and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Monitoring: Collaborate with build teams to set up monitoring, track KPIs, and manage application performance reports.
- Incident & Request Management: Provide first and second-line support, manage incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Problem Management & Improvement: Analyze incidents, root causes, and collaborate on long-term solutions. Maintain knowledge base.
- Functional/Technical Support: Ensure accurate calculations (Volume Credit, Markup), manage STP issues, and handle internal/external system relations.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience, preferably in financial/banking industry, in application support or development.
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets (FX, derivatives, equities) and financial platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Murex).
- Proficiency in tools like SQL, Java, Python, Unix/Linux, and monitoring solutions (e.g., Splunk, Datadog).
- Experience in SLA/KPI management, incident resolution, and process improvement.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
