Job Description

We are seeking a motivated candidate with a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field to join our team. The ideal candidate should have:

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Familiarity with Cisco Webex and Cisco meeting room equipment
• Basic understanding of O365 administration, including SharePoint creation, user management, and mailbox administration
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Room setup and management
• Advantageous: Experience with NICE compliance recording
• Basic troubleshooting abilities and administrative skillsets
