Lead the build, setup, and continuous enhancement of the Epic platform to support operational and clinical needs for Epic implementations in hospitals and healthcare institutions in Singapore.
Translate business and organizational requirements into functional Epic module configurations and workflows.
Support full lifecycle activities for Epic initiatives, including new implementations, system upgrades, and enhancement rollouts.
Conduct comprehensive system testing, identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Oversee change management activities by evaluating change requests and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to implement updates smoothly.
Monitor system performance indicators and user adoption metrics to proactively identify optimization opportunities.
Maintain detailed documentation covering configurations, workflows, updates, and system modifications.
Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business users, and external partners for system-related matters.
Provide user support and guidance, resolving incidents and addressing operational queries in a timely manner.
Safeguard data integrity and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal governance policies, and compliance standards.
Establish and maintain appropriate access controls and security measures to protect patient and organizational information.
Recommend and drive system improvements to enhance usability, efficiency, and overall user experience.
Stay updated on Epic releases, healthcare IT developments, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Experience participating in Epic implementation or optimization projects is advantageous but not essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, including business stakeholders, vendors, and internal project members.
