Business Analyst

Job Description

. We are seeking a Functional/Test Analyst with strong domain knowledge and hands-on testing experience to support system validation and quality assurance activities.

. The ideal candidate will bring prior functional expertise, particularly within insurance or related domains, and contribute to ensuring system integrity and alignment with business requirements.

. Exposure to SAP implementations will be an added advantage.

Key Requirements

. Strong functional experience in insurance or related domains.

. Proficiency in SQL for data validation, querying, and analysis.

. Experience in system testing, UAT support, and defect management.

. Prior exposure to SAP implementations is highly desirable.

. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

. Develop, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.

. Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.

. Validate system functionality to ensure alignment with business needs.

. Perform data validation and reconciliation using SQL queries. Identify, log, track, and support resolution of defects and issues.

. Collaborate closely with business users, developers, and project teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

. Ensure overall data accuracy, system quality, and compliance with requirements.

. Contribute to test documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience working in insurance systems or financial services platforms.

. Familiarity with SAP modules or SAP-driven projects.

. Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
