Application Support Enginer

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out the new setup
• Provide guidance to the application user
• Provide application troubleshooting
• Log, escalate, and follow through with issues raised by users
• Support in the testing of new applications and enhancement patches
• Conduct training for users on the use of the application

Job Requirements

• NITEC/Diploma in IT or relevant discipline
• Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
• Patient, polite, friendly, and helpful personality
• Positive attitude, dynamic, resourceful, and independent
• Able to cope with a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL will be an advantage
• Junior/entry-level are welcome. Training will be provided
