Job Responsibilities:
- Support clinical departments in identifying and applying data analytics for operational insights
- Assist in analysing financial and operational data to support decision-making
- Prepare regular reports on performance, workload trends, and service impact
- Develop and maintain dashboards and templates for reporting and analysis
- Extract, transform, and analyse data from various sources
- Support creation and optimisation of service and charge codes
- Monitor performance metrics and track outcomes of initiatives
- Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows where possible
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
