Key Responsibilities
New lab enablement. Lead qualification and process buyoff for new equipment or layout changes coordinate with Facilities and GEL in enablement.
Maintain and improve process of record (POR) for assigned reliability tests, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality management systems.
Define process windows, control plans, and reaction mechanisms to prevent excursions and maintain product integrity.
Partner with Automation Engineers to implement error-proofing measures and reduce manual touchpoints.
Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation, training records, and compliance evidence.
Analyze process performance data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement . statistical and AI‑assisted techniques
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or any related engineering discipline.
Understanding in semiconductor backend or reliability lab processes
Understanding in reliability tests such as thermal/humidity stress, temperature cycling, and reflow and/or device reliability test such as HTOL, ELFR, HNBTI etc.
Familiarity with quality systems, process control, and audit requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A mindset that emphasizes continuous improvement, and striving for excellence.

Preferred Skills
Experience in greenfield lab setup and enablement is preferred.
Exposure to lab automation and integration with MES or AMHS systems will be an advantage
Basic scripting or data analysis skills (Python, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar), including familiarity with AI-workflow will be a plus
Experience with error-proofing techniques and process optimization.
Experience or interest in digitizing workflows (forms, approvals, dashboards) using low‑code or automation platforms
