We're looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to support enterprise applications across websites, kiosks, and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on Azure, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and production support.
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: 12 Months renewable Contract
️ Eligibility:Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 production application support and service restoration
Troubleshoot Azure services, AEM production issues, and application incidents
Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues efficiently
Investigate web applications, APIs, SQL/database connectivity, and performance issues
Work closely with development, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams
Follow ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
Required Skills:
Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Networking)
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Production Support
Production Support & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
SQL, APIs & Web Application Troubleshooting
