• Provide production and application support for Wealth Management systems, ensuring high system availability and performance.
• Monitor production environments, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues within SLA.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL best practices.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, development, and vendor teams for system upgrades, releases, and production deployments.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Support UAT, production rollouts, and business-as-usual (BAU) changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to maintain seamless system integrations and processing.
• Participate in business continuity planning, disaster recovery exercises, and regional/global IT initiatives.
• Provide technical support to business users and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of application/production support experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience supporting Wealth Management, Order Management, or Execution Management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle (19c), MS SQL Server, and SQL query writing.
• Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of financial products such as FX, Money Market, Equities, and Derivatives with front-to-back operational workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production support environment.

• Experience with Avaloq Banking System or Avaloq Certification.
• ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management processes.
• Knowledge of FIX Protocol, market data, and financial models.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, microservices, Python/Perl scripting, and advanced Excel.
• Experience supporting enterprise banking applications in a production environment.
