Job Description:
Years of Experience At least 4 - 5 years experience in business analysis, system support, development, implementing system and maintaining IT systems
Role and Responsibilities
• Improve IT Operation business process and documentations.
• Triage of issues, including logging, tracking, routing and categorizing reported incidents and service requests.
• Support users and provide resolutions for L1 issues, including common problem / issue in FAQ, inquiries and essential troubleshooting tasks.
• Managing of the service desk common mailbox.
• Prepare monthly report and support User Access Matrix review.
• Communication of operation matters to stakeholders (e.g. system downtime, new implementations)
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
