Application Engineer

Responsible for providing application solutions and technical support for semiconductor customers, acting as a trusted technical expert to support business development and product optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical and application support to become a trusted solution expert for semiconductor customers.
• Provide technical analysis and suggestions to the sales team, helping to avoid direct price competition with competitors.
• Put forward application suggestions and improvement plans to extend equipment maintenance cycles and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collect and summarize customer application issues and requirements, and feedback to product managers to optimize the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or related majors.
• More than 5 years working experience in the semiconductor industry; experience with semiconductor vacuum pumps is a plus.
• Technical-oriented, good at using deductive methods to solve practical problems.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
