Job Summary:
The Application Engineering team analyzes and evaluates motion control products, provides technical support, and develops tailored application solutions. We troubleshoot issues, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and conduct product demonstrations and training. Key functions include application testing, assisting the sales team with technical information, and staying updated on industry trends to guide product enhancements. The team values effective communication, technical expertise, collaboration, and readiness to travel for customer support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze and Evaluate Motion Control Products, Address Customer Inquiries, Troubleshoot Issues, and Provide Technical Support.
- Responsibilities also include Collaborating with customers and internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Conducting Product Demonstrations and Training.
- Performing Application Testing.
- Documenting Test Results
- Assisting the Sales Team with Technical information.
- Staying informed about Industry trends and Competitor products
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Control Engineering, or related field).
- Entry level Graduate with relevant knowledge in their course of study are welcome to apply.
- Preferably with [2 - 4] Year(s) of working experience in Engineering Application Support and/or any other related field/industry is required for this position.
- Strong Technical Knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Effective Communication Abilities and Proficiency with Engineering Software.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed and on short notice.
- Experience in Industrial Automation or Equipment Development is advantage.
