Wildmeta is a trader-centric perpetual exchange built on top of Hyperliquid. We focus on transparency, social trading features, and helping retail traders do better trading. We are building a mobile-first app experience for a global community of perpetual traders.
Role Overview
We are looking for an App Community Manager who will play a dual role in both quality assurance (QA) of our mobile app and community engagement. You will be the bridge between our product and our users: ensuring the app is reliable and user-friendly, while also supporting and educating our community.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both testing products and directly helping users, especially in the fast-moving world.
Key Responsibilities
QA & Product Testing
- Perform manual QA testing for Wildmeta mobile app (iOS/Android).
- Identify, document, and track bugs communicate with the product and dev teams.
- Test new features before release to ensure high product reliability.
- Provide structured feedback from community to improve app quality.
Community Management & Support
- Answer user questions in Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and other community channels.
- Create and maintain FAQs, guides, and best-practice posts for the community.
- Collect and summarize community feedback, and share insights with product team.
- Support community campaigns, events, and announcements.
- Act as the first point of contact for user support and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Work permit in Singapore, we can't sponsor the work permit.
- 1-3 years of experience in community management, customer support, or QA testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Familiarity with trading apps, perpetual trading, or Web3 communities is a strong advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable multitasking across QA testing and community engagement.
Nice to Have
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub Issues).
- Prior involvement in trading or Web3 communities.
- Basic knowledge of QA methodologies
