Role Overview

We are looking for a scrappy, resourceful, and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get maximum value out of our platform. A big part of your role will be owning and improving call scripts, analyzing conversations, and experimenting with variations to boost appointment-setting performance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the trusted partner for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand each clients business, goals, and unique sales messaging to customize their AI call scripts.
  • Review call recordings and platform insights to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Test and iterate on call script variations to optimize conversion and appointment rates.
  • Onboard new clients, guiding them through best practices for AI-driven cold calling.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to clients on how to maximize results from the platform.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share client feedback and influence roadmap.
  • Track account performance, prepare simple reports, and clearly communicate ROI to clients.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales operations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to adapt tone to different clients.
  • Analytical and creative mindset; able to dive into data but also write persuasive scripts.
  • Comfort with reviewing large volumes of calls and picking out key insights.
  • Highly resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
  • Passion for sales, marketing, or AI-driven technology is a strong plus.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, outbound sales, or performance marketing is advantageous.
