A renown and fast growing enterprise software firm is looking for a APAC Sales Director to lead business developement and revenue growth across APAC. The role focuses on selling AI-driven solutions to optimize energy efficiency and improve uptime for data centers, targeting colocations, enterprise and hyperscale operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies targeting colocation, enterprise, and hyperscale data centers.
- Business Development: Identify and qualify new opportunities across APAC, EMEA, and beyond build a strong sales pipeline using consultative selling.
- Customer Engagement: Own key account relationships, understand client needs, and close complex enterprise software deals with senior stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs and provide market feedback for product development.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and panels build networks with partners and influencers.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, ideally in data center, energy optimization, or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Proven success in selling enterprise or SaaS solutions to C-level and technical decision-makers.
- Strong network within data center operators (colocation, enterprise, hyperscalers) in APAC.
- Familiar with data center design and operations
- Knowledge on digital twin/AI technologies will be a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
