We are seeking an Analytics Adoption Lead to drive enterprise-wide adoption of a large-scale data and analytics transformation initiative within a leading global organization. In this pivotal role, you will lead the cultural and behavioral shift required to embed data-driven decision-making across the business. Working closely with senior leadership, technology teams, and business units, you will shape adoption strategies, build stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful uptake of modern analytics platforms.
Responsibilities:
As the Analytics Adoption Lead, your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing adoption strategies to support the rollout of new data and analytics capabilities. You will partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen sponsorship, align business units, and drive consistent messaging across the organization. You will assess organizational readiness, identify resistance points, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
You will lead initiatives to improve data literacy across the business, designing targeted training programs and ensuring users can effectively interpret and apply insights from dashboards and analytics tools. You will also establish a network of key users to champion adoption at the departmental level.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in organizational change management, with a strong focus on data, analytics, or technology transformation programs. Certification in a recognized change management methodology (such as Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) is required.
You should have proven experience working with senior stakeholders, driving enterprise-wide adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Strong analytical capabilities, along with the ability to translate insights into practical actions, are essential. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are critical to succeed in this role.
