This role supports regional people operations and technology initiatives across APAC, focusing on workforce systems, process governance, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include supporting the rollout and enhancement of People Technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors), while managing stakeholder alignment and change management across multiple countries.
The position also focuses on improving and standardizing HR processes related to recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, and personnel cost control. The role requires developing governance frameworks, process documentation, and regional templates while ensuring compliance with local practices and regulations. A strong emphasis is placed on workforce analytics, including developing performance metrics, productivity insights, retention analysis, succession planning, and predictive personnel expense management aligned with business and financial targets. The role involves close collaboration with regional and country stakeholders to drive data-driven workforce decisions.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with over 10 years of experience, including managerial exposure in multinational environments. Strong expertise in HR operations, project management, change management, stakeholder engagement, analytics, and People Technology systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is required, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced regional environment.
