Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Analyst Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, designing system solutions, developing applications, and maintaining software systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design, develop, test, and implement software applications
- Maintain and enhance existing systems to improve performance and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- Perform system integration, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Support deployment activities and provide post-implementation support
- Prepare technical documentation, including system design and user guides
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Programmer, Software Developer, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or similar)
- Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of system design and architecture
