Job Description

Job Responsibilities

. Distribute incoming messages such as SWIFT messages, faxes, including SWIFT RMA operations
. Upload/download Inward and outward Giro files, verify file maintenance report
. Monitor/retrieve SWIFT broadcast, erroneous messages, SWIFT/MEPS+ ACK/rejection/reports
. Handle queries from front offices and operations teams
. Construct and release SWIFT MT799,etc
. Perform End-of-day reconciliation of SWIFT and MEPS+
. Administrative task on issuance of MGeB tokens
. Verify monthly SWIFT/MEPS+ billings

Job Requirements

. Degree / Diploma in Banking and Finance with minimum 2 years of banking experience preferred

. Knowledge of SWIFT and MEPS+ payments will be an advantage

. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially excel formulas and pivot table

. Meticulous, accurate and possess good sense of urgency

. Able to multi-task across functions

. Excellent team player and active independent contributor
