Overview
Our client provides corporate finance advisory services to clients on a broad range of M&A transactions such as mergers, sell-side and buy-side processes, leveraged buy-outs, joint ventures and strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of client mandates
- Perform research and due diligence on industries, markets and companies
- Prepare client presentations
- Build financial models
- Perform valuation using various methods
- Handle administrative tasks during deal execution and to support office functions
- Work with and manage interns from time to time
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field from a reputable university
- Preferably 1-2 years related work experience including internships
- Knowledge in Accounting principles, financial concepts, financial modeling and valuation, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
