Investment Banking Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Investment Banking Analyst. While the role is based in Singapore, there is flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. Key responsibilities include building financial models, performing in-depth financial and market analysis, conducting due diligence on investment opportunities, assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports, and supporting deal execution alongside senior team members. The candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Financial Modeling and a solid understanding of key financial principles.
• Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and evaluate complex financial data.
• Experience in conducting comprehensive Due Diligence processes.
• Background in Finance with a focus on Investment Banking or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial software tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in investment banking or financial consulting is a plus.
