Investment Banking Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Investment Banking Analyst based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, preparing financial models, supporting due diligence processes, and assisting in creating reports and presentations for clients. Collaborating with senior team members, the analyst will also contribute to research on market trends and opportunities, as well as support deal structuring and execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and strong abilities in performing detailed financial analyses
• Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to assess data and draw valuable insights
• Experience in conducting Due Diligence processes to support decision-making
• Strong foundation in Finance and understanding of Investment Banking practices
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information concisely
• Bachelor's or currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
