- Lead process discovery workshops and analyse current-state processes.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, automation and control enhancement.
- Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Develop future-state process and solution designs.
- Lead UAT planning, execution, defect management and business sign-off.
- Support change management, communications, training and user adoption activities.
- Track and validate transformation benefits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent
- Experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Transformation or Shared Services environments
- Strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering and solution design
- Experience leading UAT and implementation activities
- Experience in Finance Shared Services, ERP implementation or digital transformation projects
- Exposure to Power Platform, workflow automation, RPA or AI-enabled solutions
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement)
