Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to understand and fulfill airfreight logistics requirements.
- Manage air cargo bookings with airlines and negotiate rates with service providers.
- Prepare and verify documentation for air cargo shipments, including AWBs, customs declarations, and export/import permits.
- Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, airline policies, and government requirements.
- Provide clients with accurate quotations, tariff information, and eligibility guidance.
- Perform timely and accurate data entry for airfreight operations.
- Liaise with ground handling agents, warehouse teams, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Generate and issue billing documents in accordance with service agreements.
- Maintain adherence to company SOPs and industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Minimum O Level qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in airfreight or logistics operations preferred.
