Job Summary
Coordinate daily logistics operations by managing airline bookings, shipment documentation, customer inquiries, billing, and vendor invoice verification to ensure smooth export processes and accurate job costing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations with clients and internal teams to ensure timely shipment processing and issue resolution
- Manage airline bookings and complete related procedures to secure cargo space and schedules
- Track daily shipment orders and prepare comprehensive export documentation to meet regulatory and client requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries and quotations, communicate with agents, and provide effective solutions to service issues
- Send Pre-Alert notifications to destination offices and agents to facilitate shipment tracking and readiness
- Print House Air Waybills (HAWB), manifests, and Master Air Waybills (MAWB) for airline submission to ensure accurate cargo documentation
- Prepare billing for local deliveries and verify vendor invoices to maintain accurate financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and agents promptly to support timely payment processing
- Review job costing for each shipment file to ensure profitability and prevent financial loss
- Scan and file documents into Kendox Archive to maintain organized and accessible records
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support operational efficiency
