- Installation
Install, test, and commission air conditioning systems (split units, VRV/VRF, AHU, FCU, etc.).
Set up refrigerant piping, ducting, wiring, and drainage systems.
Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. - Maintenance
Perform regular preventive maintenance, including cleaning filters, coils, and condensers.
Check refrigerant levels, system pressure, and electrical connections.
Record maintenance logs and report any system irregularities. - Repair & Troubleshooting
Diagnose and repair air conditioning faults (mechanical, electrical, or refrigerant-related).
Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, or thermostats.
Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and efficiently. - Testing & Quality Checks
Conduct system performance tests and ensure energy efficiency.
Calibrate thermostats and control systems for optimal functioning. - Safety & Compliance
Follow workplace safety protocols (e.g., lock-out/tag-out, handling refrigerants safely).
Comply with NEA or BCA guidelines (Singapore context).
Job Requirement
1. Possess class 3 driving license.
2. At least 5 years of aircon maintainence and servicing experience.
3. Data center experience will have added advantage.
4. Minimum ITE or Diploma qualifications.
