AIRCON CHILLER TECHNICIAN/ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

. Troubleshoot, service, and maintain Daikin, York, Carrier, Trane, and Smardt water- and aircooled chillers.

. Understand the basic functions of all chiller-related equipment, including pumps, valves, controllers, cooling towers, and electrical components.

. Investigate and report equipment defects, deficiencies, and abnormalities promptly.

. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as required.

. Perform 24/7 standby duty on a rotational roster to attend to complaints and breakdowns.

. Prepare service reports and update job records accurately and promptly.

. Support additional tasks or assignments as directed by management.

. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintain safe work practices during all service and repair activities.

Requirements:

. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the chiller industry.

. Strong hands-on troubleshooting and servicing skills.

. Electrical knowledge background preferred.

. Basic proficiency in written and spoken English.

. Computer literacy is required.

. Possession of a Class 3 driving license is a plus.
