Our client, a global leader in HVAC solutions, is seeking dynamic, goal-oriented professionals to expand their project engineering team and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site support when required.
- Recommend preventive maintenance measures and deliver prompt, effective resolutions to technical issues.
- Resolve customer dissatisfaction by providing timely and appropriate solutions to product or service concerns.
- Offer technical guidance and support to service teams and subcontractors during service tasks, including testing and commissioning review and process subcontractor payments accordingly.
- Actively contribute to the execution of departmental strategies and initiatives, including service value-chain business development.
- Maintain and update the service information system, ensuring all documentation and follow-up tasks are completed accurately and on time to support seamless departmental operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Technical experience with air-conditioning, chillers, ACMV or HVAC systems is an advantage.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Possess Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Location : Central (Ang Mo Kio)
Working Days/Hours : 5 days/week 8am-5:30pm
Salary : Up to $4,500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
