We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Air Freight Operations Executive to join our operations team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing air freight shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end coordination of air freight shipments Import and Export, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, customs brokers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate movement of cargo.
- Monitor shipment status, proactively resolve delays or issues, and keep customers updated.
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as airway bills, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and building strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in air freight operations or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of air cargo processes, airline procedures, and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and freight management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
