Handle RFQ/Pricing/Ad-hoc spot quote for odd-size, dangerous goods, special handling cargo on the day to day task
Design & develop proposal, quotation or as per IPT, CPT pricing template using the Air Freight tools, current contract or benchmark rates etc. before compiling rates.
Liaise and coordinate with airlines, operations (e.g. Operations Procedure), Air Freight product (e.g. Routing, transit time and flight frequency), warehouse & transport (e.g. delivery/rick-up and transportation on special trucking requirement and heavy lift equipment)
Ensure quality and provide accuracy information on all RFQs, FRPs, RFIs, rate reviewing and submit to GACC/ RACC/ GBT or customer within prescribed timeline.
Support the account holders in gathering information on the customers/sectors
Ensure that the customer's business and quality requirements are within the process capability of the organization, and that the resources necessary for the implementing them are available and cost effective.
Undertake tasks and responsibilities assigned by the company as and when deemed appropriate.
YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Deep knowledge in the air freight forwarding business
Strong project management skills, analytical skills and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent excel skills
Degree/ Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant working experience
