Air Import Executive

Working Environment: -

- Able to start work immediately.

- Willing to working in Changi Airfreight Centre.

Requirements:

- Able to start work immediately

- Import and export experience is preferred. Class 3 license is an advantage but not required

- Minimum 3 years working experience in an International Freight Forwarding Company

- We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking customer

- Entry level are welcome to apply

- Good knowledge of handling airfreight shipments and the related documentation

- Be pro-active

- Customer-oriented and problem solving

- Able to work independently as well as being a good team player

- PC literate in MS Office Applications and Customs Applications

- Training will be provided

- Co-ordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors

- To keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress

(collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.)

- Handling and processing of all shipping documentation

- Customs declarations

- Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system

- Other related operational duties as required
