AIR-CONDITIONING AND MECHANICAL VENTILATION (ACMV) SERVICE ENGINEER

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer with strong technical expertise in chiller systems and ACMV to drive business growth while managing project execution and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

. Drive sales and business development for chiller systems and ACMV solutions

. Manage end-to-end project/site operations, ensuring smooth execution

. Handle client meetings, presentations, and technical proposals

. Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

. Oversee operational cost control and profitability of projects

. Ensure team delivers high-quality workmanship and compliance standards

. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, service)

. Prepare and present monthly performance and financial reports

Requirements

. Minimum 5 years of experience in chiller systems / ACMV industry

. Strong understanding of HVAC design, installation, and maintenance

. Proven track record in sales and client management

. Experience in site/project management

. Ability to manage cost, timeline, and quality simultaneously

. Strong communication and presentation skills

. Familiar with Singapore standards (e.g., SS553, BCA requirements) is an advantage
