Summary
We are seeking an AI/ML Researcher to lead research and development of Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of NLP research experience with strong fundamentals in LLM modeling, information retrieval, entity-relation extraction, reasoning, and agentic frameworks. You will design experiments, apply NLP and generative AI techniques, and translate research into deployable solutions, working closely with engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead LLM research experiments and evaluations
- Conduct independent studies and present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers on data preparation and model integration
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights
- Translate research into production-ready solutions
- (Optional) Publish papers and mentor junior researchers
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- 1+ year of R&D experience in LLM / AI research.
- LLM components (IR, entity-relation modelling, prompt engineering, reasoning, safety)
- Synthetic data generation and model experimentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to deliver quality research under tight timelines
- Experience documenting technical designs and best practices
