AI Researcher

Overview
We are seeking an AI/ML Researcher to develop and experiment with Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. The role focuses on advancing NLP and generative AI capabilities through research, experimentation, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct research experiments related to LLMs and NLP

• Develop AI models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks

• Work with engineering teams on data collection, preprocessing, and model training

• Analyse large datasets and report research findings

• Contribute to research documentation and technical discussions

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field

• Min 1 year of experience in AI/ML research

• Experience in NLP, LLM components, information retrieval, prompt engineering, or generative AI

• Strong programming and analytical skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in research and engineering teams
