Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a passionate and driven AI Engineering Intern to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge proof-of-concept (PoC) projects in the areas of conversational e-commerce and AI-powered customer support. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and user experience design, helping shape the future of digital commerce and support systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement PoC projects using conversational AI technologies.

• Develop and fine-tune NLP models for chatbots, virtual assistants, and customer support automation.

• Integrate AI solutions with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems to simulate real-world use cases.

• Analyze user interactions and feedback to improve conversational flows and model performance.

• Explore and evaluate third-party APIs, LLMs, and frameworks for rapid prototyping.

• Document findings, present demos, and contribute to technical reports on PoC outcomes.
