We are seeking a passionate and driven AI Engineering Intern to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge proof-of-concept (PoC) projects in the areas of conversational e-commerce and AI-powered customer support. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and user experience design, helping shape the future of digital commerce and support systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement PoC projects using conversational AI technologies.
- Develop and fine-tune NLP models for chatbots, virtual assistants, and customer support automation.
- Integrate AI solutions with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems to simulate real-world use cases.
- Analyze user interactions and feedback to improve conversational flows and model performance.
- Explore and evaluate third-party APIs, LLMs, and frameworks for rapid prototyping.
- Document findings, present demos, and contribute to technical reports on PoC outcomes.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in Python and experience with ML/NLP libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, spaCy).
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and chatbot frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, LangChain).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a curiosity for emerging AI trends.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
