Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong Generative AI (GenAI) expertise to design and deliver cloud-native AI solutions from ideation to MVP. The role requires deep experience in AI/ML, modern microservices architecture, DevOps, and public cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop GenAI-powered applications within cloud-native architectures
- Integrate AI solutions into microservices and container-based environments (public/private/hybrid cloud)
- Optimize and deploy AI models in cloud environments
- Refactor applications into 12-factor, microservices-based architectures
- Lead PoCs and MVPs with strong technical ownership
- Provide client advisory on GenAI and ML implementation
- Mentor teams and contribute to technical thought leadership
Mandatory Skills & Experience- 10+ years of development experience in Java, Python, Node.js, and Spring
- Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML technologies
- Expertise in GenAI frameworks: LangChain, OpenAI API, Gemini, Hugging Face Transformers
- Strong Prompt Engineering experience
- Deep understanding of NLP concepts: tokenization, embeddings, transformers, language models
- Proven experience with cloud-native architecture (microservices, containers, 12-factor principles)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum (Jira environment)
Good to Have- MLOps and AI model deployment in production
- Model fine-tuning & data engineering for AI
- Vector databases, LLMs, SLMs
- Kubernetes (OpenShift, AKS, EKS, GKE, Tanzu, Anthos)
- DevOps, SRE, DDD knowledge
- Cloud/AI certifications (AWS/Google/Microsoft) at least one professional-level certification required
