AI Enablement Manager

Our client (MNC, headquartered in Singapore) is looking for an AI Enablement Manager to join their team.

Your new role

As an AI Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Lead AI strategy by identifying high-value use cases and translating needs into scalable solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritise opportunities, define metrics, and ensure measurable impact
• Deliver enablement programmes to upskill teams on responsible GenAI usage and best practices
• Establish governance, guardrails, and compliance with Security, Risk, Legal, and Data teams
• Drive adoption, track KPIs, and scale AI solutions through cross-functional coordination and change management

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Data, Business, or related disciplines
• 5+ years experience in digital transformation, analytics, or AI/ML enablement roles
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts with ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Proven experience delivering training, workshops, and driving change management initiatives
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, and governance in enterprise environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with familiarity with AI tools and agile practices
