The AI Demo Engineer is a high-impact bridge role between the Sales team and the R&D team. You aren't just building tech; you are building the vision. Your goal is to support the sales pipeline by creating compelling, interactive demonstrations that prove Tictag's value to potential clients and help the sales team secure new projects.

• Pre-Sales Technical Support: Partner with the Sales team during initial client meetings to identify business pain points and translate them into AI use cases.
• Custom Demo Development: Design and build Proof of Concept (PoC) demos using Python and Gradio to showcase how a proposed AI model will work in the client's specific environment.
• Sales Presentations & Storytelling: Present technical demos to prospective clients (technical and non-technical). You will be responsible for explaining the Why behind the tech to help drive sales conversions.
• Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from client presentations to refine project scoping and assist Sales in defining the final Statement of Work (SOW).
• Market Research: Research open-source models (Deepseek, Qwen, etc.) to ensure Tictag's sales proposals remain competitive and cutting-edge.
• Technical Liaison: Act as the technical expert for the Sales team to answer deep-dive questions during the project acquisition phase.

• Technical Skills: Python, PyTorch, Gradio, and Object Detection (RFDETR).
• Sales Skills: Requirements gathering, technical storytelling, stakeholder management, and effective AI capability demonstration.
• Regional Exposure: Support sales offices in Indonesia and Vietnam, gaining insight into regional market needs.

• Residency: Must be a Singapore Citizen.
• Commitment: Able to commit to the full training duration (1 year for fresh grads / 6 months for mid-career).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindsetyou should enjoy interacting with people as much as you enjoy coding.

Trainees will undergo a comprehensive 1-year development path, including:

• Certified External Training: Enrollment in industry-recognized AI literacy and foundations courses.
• Tictag In-House Workshops: Specialized internal training on model training, requirements gathering, AI testing, and technical demonstration techniques.
• On-the-Job Mentorship: Hands-on experience building AI solutions for real-world projects in the retail, transportation, and luxury sectors across Southeast Asia.

• Suitability: While an applicant may meet the eligibility criteria, all applicants are subjected to the company's review for suitability with its hiring requirements and may not be automatically shortlisted for interview.
