Job Title: Aesthetic Therapist cum Beauty Consultant

Job Overview:

- They are seeking a professional and customer-focused Aesthetic Therapist cum Beauty Consultant to join their growing team.
- This role is ideal for individuals who excel in both delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments and providing personalised consultations to clients. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, building trust, and contributing to the clinic's sales and business growth.
- Working hours 5 days 44 hours a week, fully onsite.
- Singaporeans or Singapore PRs preferred due to quota limitations *
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, laser/IPL, skin tightening, body contouring, and hair removal, in line with clinic protocols.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and tools at the highest hygiene and safety standards.
- Support doctors with advanced medical aesthetic procedures when required.
- Conduct professional consultations, skin analyses, and assessments to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
- Provide excellent client care, from pre-treatment advice to post-treatment follow-up, managing expectations with clarity and professionalism.
- Promote clinic services, treatment packages, and medical-grade skincare to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and uphold clinic policies, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Stay updated through ongoing training, workshops, and new technology introductions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or related field.
- Prior experience in a medical aesthetic clinic, dermatology practice, or luxury spa setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skin physiology, aesthetic treatments, and medical-grade skincare.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Sales-driven, with proven ability to meet consultation and sales targets.
- Well-groomed, professional, and passionate about aesthetics and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
