As an Aesthetic Therapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience from arrival.
- Assist the doctor during aesthetic procedures, maintaining professionalism and patient comfort.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic calendar to optimize workflow.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and medical documentation.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all medical equipment is properly sterilized and ready for use.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
- Provide support to medical professionals during consultations and treatments as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the clinic is stocked with necessary medical and office supplies.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment.
Requirements:
- Possess a min of GCE O Levels or equivalent
