We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate, customer-focused Aesthetic Clinic Assistant to grow with us. If you're dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best, we want to meet you.

Your Role at Ozhean Zoey

Client Engagement: Be the warm, professional face of the clinic, building trust and introducing clients to our premium services.

Treatment Support: Perform facial and body treatments, and assist in pre- and post-procedure care.

Doctor Assistance: Support our doctors during aesthetic procedures to ensure a smooth and safe patient journey.

Customer Care: Manage patient registration, appointments, medical records, cashiering, and follow-ups.

Clinic Operations: Handle stock management, requisitions, and ensure a well-run, welcoming clinic environment.

Education & Guidance: Provide clients with clear aftercare instructions and follow-ups to enhance their results and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

At least 2-3 years of experience in an aesthetic/beauty clinic environment.

Hands-on experience with facials, aesthetic equipment, or treatments (preferred).

Strong customer service and sales ability. You enjoy connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals.

A true team player: energetic, resourceful, and eager to learn.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and equipment is an advantage.
