We are seeking an Aesthetic Clinic Assistant to support our aesthetic team in delivering excellent client care and smooth clinic operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare clients and treatment rooms before procedures.
- Assist doctors during treatments and provide post-care.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and update invoices.
- Handle client enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Support product dispensing, billing, and sales of services/packages.
- Ensure clinic cleanliness, stock management, and daily machine checks.
- Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience as a clinic/aesthetic assistant preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
- Team player, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments is an advantage.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends
